INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1 cup blueberries
- ½ banana
- 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
- 2 tablespoons Goji berries
- 1 heaping tablespoon walnuts
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon Spirulina powder*
- 1 to 2 Swiss chard leaves, stems removed
INSTRUCTIONS:
Put coconut water, blueberries and banana in blender and blend on high. Add pumpkin seeds, Goji berries, walnuts, cinnamon and spirulina; blend on high. Add Swiss chard leaves and blend.
*Spirulina is a type of algae; it comes in powder and pill form. You can find it at health and natural foods stores.
