INGREDIENTS
- ½ medium-large sweet potatoes
- ½ tablespoons olive oil
- 1 sprigs fresh rosemary, leaves stripped & chopped
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of pepper
*Please limit sweet potatoes to 2-3/week and before 3:00 p.m. during Phase 1.
My husband makes oven-baked sweet potato fries all the time. They are a great way to satisfy a need for a comforting, satisfying treat! If peeling and cutting feels like a hassle, these are available pre-cut in stores such as Trader Joe's. (Whole Foods probably has them as well but not sure.)
